Dear Mr. Pineda,

Its no often I write a "Thank You" letter to a mortgage company.

Although my mortgage with Castle & Cooke awaits final approval, I wanted to register my thank you regardless the outcome. The thank you is for having Jennifer Gokool on your team. She has made what ordinarily could have been an arduous undertaking, one that was fluid, relatively easy, educational, and certainly enjoyable.

You have a winner on your hands!

Hello,

I am writing to convey how happy I am with the service I received from Anne Bell during my recent home purchase.  I found Anne to be extremely competent, responsive, and very personable to deal with.

It should go without saying, but I'll say it anyway. This email was an initiative that I wanted to make. It was not in any way, solicited by Anne.  I have dealt with some companies/people who have been very clear in telling me that I would "soon be receiving a survey" and then proceeded to tell my how they would like me to complete that survey. I find that type of solicitation offensive.  Let me clarify that Anne never behaved in that manner.

She was really a joy to deal with, and you should all be aware of that.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am attaching an E-mail which, I sent to Joe Massey, a very good representative of Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLC. I believe that this one E-mail speaks volumes for not only Joe Massey, but also for the integrity, compassion, and sense of caring which Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLC themselves hold as a CORE VALUE towards all their customers. It also shows the kind of "Old Fashioned Values" held by Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLC that is a rare thing to see in the year 2010.

I sincerely want to thank Joe Massey and Castle Cooke Mortgage, LLC for all the help in these very difficult times during this recession. I do not know many people or many companies who think of the welfare of the customer over putting an extra dollar into their pockets. This is the kind of "Old Fashioned Values" which I am talking about that I feel is part of Joe Massey and Castle Cooke Mortgage, LLC. I assure you that this will not go unnoticed. I sincerely believe that one does for another person they will receive back 10 fold in return.

Sincerely,

Gregory L. Vincent

Dear Sir,

It please me greatly to write you regarding one of your associates, Mr. Trent Griffin, who works out of your office in Englewood, Colorado. My wife and I recently worked with Trent in securing refinancing on our home.

During our 51 plus years of marriage we have either financed, or refinanced a number of homes. Thanks to Trent, this time was by far the smoothest and least complicated, requiring very little effort on our part.

Trent is a very personable young man whose sincerity, integrity and knowledge is immediately apparent. He treaded us with the kind of respect rarely seen in these complicated times. From our very first contact, we felt that he always had our best interest in hand. I sincerely believe that he is an extremely valuable asset to your organization.

Even though we have already thanked him, I would very much appreciate your letting Trent know how much he is appreciated.

With warm regards,

Charles Wagner

Dear Linda,

I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that you have a great team at Castle and Cooke. Linda Bertuzzi came highly recommended to be by my real estate agent. Although, I already had a pre-qualification with Bank of America I went with my agent's recommendation.

Linda was tremendous help in getting my loan request pre-approved; this made house hunting much easier. When I went to see Linda in early December to sign all the required documents the meeting was pleasant and uneventful. She was more than helpful and explained everything in detail.

I had assumed that the closing would take 30-45 days and was surprised when she told me that we would close in December. I didn't believe her until we went to sign all the documents on Christmas Eve at the title company and then the load recorded on December 30, 2009. The mere fact that she attended the closing personally, gave me a sense of security that was was looking out for my best interest.

Again, my special thanks to Linda and Chris and I will always recommend them to anyone looking for a home loan.

Sincerely,

Joseph Curila

Dear Linda,

Now that the dust is settled-literally-since our renovation is well underway, Chand and I wanted to express our thanks and appreciation for the terrific service you provided us in arranging the financing for the purchase of our Big Springs Court house.

As you know, I had initiated financing through Schwab Bank, with which I have had a banking relationship for over 25 years.  It was the most painful financial experience of my life.  The lack of professionalism and concern for us as customers was unforgivable.

When Jerry Masini introduced us to you, and you handled the financing of the house for us, completely through internet communications, as we were in India from the initiation of our loan application with you until three-days before the closing on Feb. 19, you never missed a beat.  Not only did you keep the communications clear and frequent, but also you trouble shot so many of the small issues that could have derailed our loan.

The professionalism and personal carrying you showed in working with us was exemplary and unexpected.

We both want to express our sincere thanks for your efforts.  And, please rest assured that we will recommend you to any of our friends seeking home financing in Las Vegas.

Warm regards,

Chand & Stacy Standley
