The Chenoa Fund Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Program combines an FHA mortgage with down payment assistance up to 3.5% of the purchase price. Assistance offered through the Chenoa Fund DPA Program is determined by the income of the borrower(s) and may be in the form of a non-repayable gift, soft second (non-repayable after 36 payments), or fully amortized second mortgage.
