Calling all Loan Officer Assistants –
Top producing Branch Manager is looking for a full-time Loan Officer Assistant to work with clients and processing team in order to streamline the loan process and manage the customer experience through the closing.
The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years office environment/administrative experience; be NMLS licensed and have some mortgage/real estate experience.
Must have knowledge of Windows computer systems, Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills with a pleasant and outgoing personality.
Work schedule of 5 days a week 8:30am – 5:30pm.
Here are a few of the tasks that you’ll be doing each day:
Locking loans, ordering appraisals, review customer paperwork and do a QC review on each file, organize and review assets/income, work closely with processing team on every file, manage customer process and expectations via weekly phone and email communication, manage the title company through the closing and TRID compliance.
- Professional with excellent phone skills
- Ability to multi-task, with excellent attention to detail
- Dependable and Punctual
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in managing multiple files at once and keeping clients involved in the process (status updates, follow up on questions, etc.)
- 2-5 years mortgage experience is a plus
This position is a critical role on our team. You will be the person guiding the customer from their contract through the closing, it is critical that you be friendly, attentive to detail and willing to work with our team.

Work directly for a top producing Loan Officer to assist with his current business pipeline

Hourly paid position with per file bonus available depending on your level of experience and level of success in helping Branch Managers production. As our team grows, your role on the team can evolve materially and we are eager to learn about your longer term career interests and explore how this position can play an important role in developing your skill sets.
Success in this position may lead to you becoming a Processor or Operations Manager on our team.
