As a Mortgage Systems Help Desk Specialist, you will providing online, phone and desk side user support for all LOS operations and correctly escalate support tickets as necessary. You will be required to stay advised and fully versed in all system changes and updates. You will need to stay up to date of new developments in mortgage procedures. You will also be expected to utilize the helpdesk ticketing system to track and support the end user community. As a LOS Help Desk Specialist you will be expected to comply with the various rules, regulations, policies and ethical standards governing the financial services industry including compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act.
