Jeff Norton leads the company’s Human Resources division and is responsible for overseeing the employee experience, developing talent and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation that will drive sustainable business growth. Jeff joins the executive team after more than 20 years of human resources experience. He most recently served as Senior Director of Human Resources and Recruiting for Extra Space Storage where he provided support for nearly 2,800 employees across the United States. Jeff brings a wide range of human resources skills to the company and has worked for several other large organizations, including 3Com, ADP and Deseret Book. Jeff is a graduate of Weber State University and holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Utah State University. He is the father to five children, an avid cyclist and outdoorsman and enjoys scuba diving with his wife. His favorite things to do are spending time with his growing family, traveling and building memories. Jeff is an advocate for company culture and his enthusiasm for people will lead Castle & Cooke Mortgage as the employer of choice for the mortgage industry.
