Hi, my name is Dion. I currently have 3 years’ experience in the mortgage industry. I was inspired to become a licensed mortgage loan officer after my most recent home purchase experience. Going through the home buying process twice with different loan officers I was familiar with the series of events that took place purchasing a home but was not familiar with the different mortgage loan options. My last loan officer did a great job of explaining my mortgage loan options in purchasing my home as well as breaking things down for me to understand. This was mind blowing to me and sparked a passion for the mortgage loan profession. I could not believe purchasing a home with the same processes in place three different times could be so different just by the individual loan officer. This experience made me see the direct impact of what a big difference one person can make in a huge life decision, it made me want to make just as big of an impact on someone else’s life.
