Hello! I'm Kaimana Rosso, a mortgage loan originator at Castle & Cooke Mortgage, and I'm here to support you every step of the way throughout your home loan journey. Born and raised right here on Oahu, I grew up in Manoa. After graduating from Punahou School, I made my way to Los Angeles to pursue water polo at Loyola Marymount University. There, I earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in Finance. Following my graduation, I directed my focus towards Performance Marketing, particularly within the mobile app and gaming realm. This journey honed my abilities in catering to client needs, skillful contract negotiations, and active community support.

Returning to the embrace of Hawaii, I embarked on my career as a loan officer, specializing in First-time homebuyers and VA loans. The guidance and mentorship I received laid a solid foundation for me to adeptly guide potential homebuyers through the loan process, ensuring efficiency at every step. My commitment to educating borrowers provides a transparent and streamlined experience. Beyond my professional pursuits, I have a strong passion for the ocean and giving back to my community. I've achieved the title of State Champion Paddler and participate in many long-distance races with Outrigger Canoe Club.  Volunteering and supporting Be The Match are also important to me.
