What You’ll Do
As a Mortgage Loan Coordinator, you will support our loan processing team by preparing and organizing loan files for review.
Key responsibilities include:
• Reviewing signed disclosures for accuracy and completeness
• Ordering third-party documentation (title, insurance, VOEs, etc.)
• Running fraud and flood certifications
• Updating borrower and loan information in our system
• Following up on outstanding items to keep files moving
• Reviewing documents carefully and requesting corrections when needed
This is a fast-paced, detail-sensitive role that plays a critical part in ensuring loans move smoothly through the process.
