Jordan Simons was born into a homebuilding family. He started formally working in the homebuilding industry as an Assistant Superintendent, working his way up to Lead Special Project Estimator and Realtor. This early introduction into the finances of real estate lead him to study Accounting and Business at university.

He made his way into the mortgage industry as a Processing Manager and worked his way to becoming the Production Manager for a Fannie Mae and Ginnie Mae issuer in 3 short years, specializing in VA and First Time Home Buyer FHA loans, to ensure customers received the best service and honest advice. He remains motivated to find his clients the best possible product to meet their needs.

Jordan chose to come to Castle and Cooke Mortgage for their track record of superior underwriting and processing turn times, in an effort to improve on his goal to provide the best experience possible to his customers. He will continue to lead the industry with the pillars of the ideal customer experience: honesty, communication and education.

Currently licensed in 22 states, his specialties include working with first-time homebuyers, down payment assistance programs, VA and FHA Loans.

In his spare time Jordan enjoys volunteering and teaching for the Boy Scouts of America and Women of Worth, and strongly believes in giving all he meets a hand-up. He is ready to earn your business.
