It's good to have options. This year-end issue of Grow Time is designed for you to give the maximum punch in your marketing efforts, and now you get to choose your focus area.
Here you'll find three campaigns: First Time Homebuyers & Veterans, Non-QM, and Cash Out/Debt Consolidation.
Each campaign is fully built out with a multi-step marketing plan, a full month's worth of social media posts, multiple emails, flyers, postcards, all focusing on the campaign topics (and of course December holidays).
While we won't always do multiple campaigns like this each month, our 2024 goal is to have non-stop social posts, marketing plans, etc.
