1) Pre-schedule all your posts NOW. Click here to jump down to our social calendar. (Please note, we are monitoring a very hard to find bug in Total Expert that sometime's posts all scheduled posts instantly instead of on their scheduled date. Watch your TE very carefully as you pre-schedule and if this happens, be sure to notify Marketing ASAP.)

2) Log into Total Expert and send the "What is a buydown" email to any leads, as well as your real estate agents (anyone in the Buyers Agent, Misc Agent, Sellers Agent, or any of your own custom agent groups).

3) Go through your lead database - are any of them First Time Homebuyers? Put these folks into a group and send either the "NHF Down Payment Client Email" or the "Multiplex 5% Down - Clients email." Schedule this email to send one week after you send the Buydown email above.

If you don't have any First Time Homebuyer leads, reach out to one (or several) of your agent partners and ask if they have any. Tell them you'll co-brand the email with them. Reach out to the Marketing Team for instructions on how to do this (as well as to upload any lists your agents give you).

If you are a newbie without any leads, talk to your branch manager and ask for some. Contact agents together!

4) Pick and choose at least two flyers to download and print from Total Expert. We recommend one VA Flyer, and one FTHB-oriented flyer. All branch managers should have an account with Office Depot/Office Max for printing. Or you can email the Marketing Team for our wholesale printing options. Print 100 copies of each flyer.

Choose from one of the two options: Visit four real estate offices and deliver 25 copies of each flyer (50 total). Or visit two real estate offices and leave 50 copies of each flyer (100 total). Deliver them with donuts (or chips and salsa) and a smile! Don't forget to leave some business cards (contact Marketing if you ran out).

4A-Optional) Pick at least one postcard for either an EDDM (Every Door Direct Mailing) OR a targeted mailing to a list of addresses. If you are in a branch with multiple LOs, coordinate together so we don't send the same card to the same routes. Schedule a call with the Marketing Team so we can help you with route selection, and organize everything on your behalf.

4B-Optional) If you have a database of addresses of Veterans, we can also facilitate a targeted mailing too! Note: Do NOT pull addresses of your funded clients from Total Expert. Let Marketing assist.

Mailings can be expensive and results vary. Don't feel obligated to send postcards out.
