Training tips from the desk of Dan Taylor
Training is available for the new Non-QM Elite and Expanded programs
Recorded training sessions for the new Non-QM Elite and Expanded programs will be posted in Bridge within the next week.
The recorded training session from last fall for the Non-QM Venture program is in Bridge for those that missed it or need a refresher.
A new training session is starting this month regarding CCM Connect and Bridge. New and recently hired employees will be invited automatically – but it will be open to all employees. Anyone who wants to attend should reach out to Dan or Ali.

Each month, the training department publishes a comprehensive training calendar! It's full of a TON of amazing free trainings that are readily available to you.
The calendar includes both live trainings and webinars. Reach out to National Training Manager Dan Taylor or Employee Engagement Manager Ali Carver if you need any help at all!
Importance of Engagement
Engaging with your audience on social media is more important than you might think. Engaging in casual but meaningful conversations can help build better relationships with your audience and turn a small conversation into a potential customer. Using social media to engage with people can also give you insight into what your customers want. We’ve seen many professionals like you who use it this way. Then they can tweak their strategy to grow their audience based on which posts resonate the most.
How to do it
If you get messages in your inbox on social media—either on Facebook or LinkedIn—we highly recommend that you respond within about a day. These customers are letting you know exactly what they need, and they need it now! We also recommend responding to comments on your posts. Finally, it can help to show you care by liking and following other pages and occasionally commenting on what they post.
