We have big plans for promotional items in the new year, and we're getting close to launching your one-stop shop for all things swag. The Armory will include:

  • Branded hats, socks, and shoes
  • Polo shirts
  • Water bottles and tumblers
  • Notepads and pens
  • Closing gifts
  • and so much more!

We'll let you know when the store goes live. While we wait for final approval, feel free to contact your marketing account executive for custom swag orders.

Instagram posting instructions

Instagram is more and more popular for loan originators company-wide, and we encourage you to use all the below assets on your own Instagram page! Make it quick and easy by following these instructions:

  • Right click on the image you want to use
  • A menu will appear. Click Save Image as ...
  • A new dialog box will pop up. Choose the filename and folder you prefer
  • Open instagram.com in a browser and click the button
  • Choose your photo and click Next in the top right corner of the dialog box, following instructions along the way


Note: You can find approved caption copy in the Forge (or next to each post below), or can write your own. We highly recommend using the following hashtags, and others as you see fit:

Training discounts for your agent partners

Quality real estate training can help your real estate partners grow, and Dynamite Productions has another round of great offerings coming up.

On Dec. 16, your referral partners can get certified as Pricing Strategy Advisors (PSAs). They'll enhance their skills in pricing properties, creating Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

On Dec, 17, you and your agents alike can participate in Cheryl's Ultimate Personal Branding Workshop and write your own personal anthem. 

Next month, your agents will have opportunities for seller's designation training and training for employees who are new to the real estate biz.

If you haven't already, send your real estate agents to our Business Development and Sales Training page to register. The classes are heavily discounted for your agents when they sign up using the code CCMROCKS.

Hosting live events is a great way to grow your pipeline, and we've created a quick and easy presentation for your next event with first-time homeowners. But wait, there's more! We've also created a social post and series of emails to promote your big event.

To get a version of the powerpoint branded (or co-branded) with your information, reach out to your account executive. They can also help set up an event page and deploy the digital awareness campaign.

New commercial for social media: You Don't Have to Go it Alone

  1. Download the video to your computer by navigating to Dropbox and clicking the download button in the top left corner.
    1. Save it to a folder you can quickly access such as your desktop or downloads folder
    2. You want to make sure you download this video because that way it will autoplay in your readers' newsfeeds!
  2. Log in to your Facebook business account.
  3. Click Create post.
  4. To add the video, click on the green image button in the new dialogue box (the button will say Photo/Video when you hover your mouse over it). A new window will open.
  5. Click the plus sign and locate the video in your files. Click Open.
  6. After your video is uploaded, copy and paste the following approved text as a caption: Tried working with online lenders and virtual real estate agents, just to lose bidding wars—or worse yet, kiss your earnest money goodbye?
