With the LOMA program ending in April 2021, everyone has been getting familiar with utilizing the various systems we have first hand. As we have been conducting training programs across the country, we thought it might help to give you a reminder of everything available to you, and links you need to access them.

This is our CRM/CMS that contains various auto campaigns such as Lead Nurture, and Loan Status Updates, but also is your primary source for Marketing Collateral. Here is where you will find emails, flyers, and social media posts.

Mobile App: CCM:Mobile (aka Simple Nexus). https://apply.castlecookemortgage.com (login with SSO)
This is our point of sale, where borrowers apply for a home loan. You can download CCM:Mobile to your phone and share it with your contacts, or send them your unique URL so they can apply online. Did you know you can co-brand the app as well and when you do, it also becomes a home search app?

Mobility RE (MRE) is a tricky one. We are no longer advertising the existence of this resource to our agent partners. But that doesn't mean it's going away. Instead we are using MRE's integration with CCM:Mobile (SimpleNexus) to turn it into a home search app when you co-brand with agents (see above). You'll want to add any new agents to both platforms, but we are no longer providing MRE as a separate platform to agents.

MMI is our agent research and tracking tool. This is a great resource to look up agents you currently, or want to work with, where you can see their production, listings, even which loan officers they work with! You can also track agents so you can be notified of new listings. Hint: when you get alerted to a new listing, you can take the MLS and create a single property website for the agent. (Be sure you have them added into the Forge first)

Home Equity Report: Homebot https://homebot.ai (unique login, click reset password if you can't remember)
Homebot is the crown centerpiece of all our marketing programs. This powerful tool sends a home equity report every month to all your closed loans. But beyond its primary function, Homebot can be a source of business for you too, as you can see everyone's equity in your account. See someone with a lot of equity? Give them a call so you can help them decide what to do with it! Could be a great opportunity to purchase a second home, investment property, or take advantage of our HELOC/HELoan products.

Now is the time to share the love with your agents and invite them to co-sponsor with Homebot. There have now been three trainings and seminars regarding agent co-sponsoring, and we want to see an increase with agents using the platform. Click here to access a recording to learn how to make best use of Homebot with your agents. There are also some helpful slide decks to help you pitch agent co-sponsoring as well. Don't forget that Homebot has a code to waive the setup fee: 50OFF.

Did you know Homebot is also a resource for buyers? A home shopping and neighborhood research tool is also included in the platform. Be sure to share that with anyone who begins an application with you!

New Agent Campaign
If you want to market to new agents, we have a series of emails that talks about why Castle & Cooke Mortgage is so awesome and gives some insight on the ways we support and help agents grow their business.

To activate this campaign, all you need to do is subscribe to the rule by logging into the Forge and going to Available Subscriptions in the Deployment Center. In the search bar, type "agent" and you should see the following rule:
