Grow Time - January 2023

It's an exciting time for CCM as we launch Total Expert - our CRM/CSM to replace the Forge (Surefire). All LO's by now should have either attended or watched recordings from Total Expert's trainings on January 4th and 6th.

In the last two Total Expert trainings, we discussed how all marketing collateral is now housed in Total Expert. There are no more direct links to social posts or emails, therefore we included helpful tags with each flyer, email, or social post which you can use to search. You can also search by the title (or partial title) of the piece as well.

Starting on January 12th, we're beginning Total Expert Thursdays - a 16-week course to master everything about our newest CRM/CSM. Read the emails, participate fully, and reach out if you have any questions.

Be sure to invite all your agents into Total Expert to co-market with you. If you want to do this now before we move your contacts over, be sure the agent's name and email matches what you have in The Forge. You can also download their photo and logo from The Forge and copy over their info.

Contact migration for the field is about 25% done. We will keep everyone informed about the Byte Integration.

Instagram is popular for loan originators company-wide, and we encourage you to use all the above assets on your own profile! Here's how:

Right click on the image you want to use
A menu will appear. Click Save Image as ...
A new dialog box will pop up. Choose the filename and folder you prefer
Open instagram.com in a browser and click the button
Choose your photo and click Next in the top right corner of the dialog box, following instructions along the way

Instagram Carousel Instructions:

First, save the images to your chosen device that you want to post on Instagram for the carousel.
Click the button within Instagram, then select the Post option from the list.
Once you've selected Post, images from your device will appear for selection. Directly above your images, press the select multiple icon next to the camera icon.
You can select up to 10 images for your carousel. Select Next to continue once you've chosen your images.
You'll be given optional editing and filtering options. Select Next again to continue to the next step.
Add your caption and hashtags.
After the above steps are completed, tap the Share button and you're done!
