We're excited to enter Month 2 of Total Expert! Be sure to reach out to your Marketing Team if you or your agents need any additional training. Otherwise, training emails will continue to be sent on a weekly basis.

This week will be our final week with The Forge (Surefire). Be sure to log in and download any and all agent logos and photos you may need to set these agents up in Total Expert. Markets in a Minute was a feature proprietary to Surefire. This past Friday (February 3rd) was the final posting or emailing for this. We will be unveiling a new newsletter subscription soon.

We are still in a holding pattern regarding loan data for contacts in Total Expert. Loan data for past contacts, and any new loans you originate will not appear in Total Expert for the time being. We will update you once a new developer is onboarded and begins the process.

The Homebot Agent Showcase will be on Wednesday, March 1st at 1pm MT. We as a company are severely behind in agent engagement compared to other companies who use Homebot. We need to catch up!

All loan officers are expected to invite at least five agents to the Showcase. There is an email in Total Expert which you can send to your agents. We recommend you invite all agents in TE for maximum exposure (the funnel method works)

Marketing will look at email performance on Monday, February 13th. If we find that invites were not sent, we will invite all agents in Total Expert on your behalf.

Right click on the image you want to use
A menu will appear. Click Save Image as ...
A new dialog box will pop up. Choose the filename and folder you prefer
Open instagram.com in a browser and click the button
Choose your photo and click Next in the top right corner of the dialog box, following instructions along the way

Instagram Carousel Instructions:

First, save the images to your chosen device that you want to post on Instagram for the carousel.
Click the button within Instagram, then select the Post option from the list.
Once you've selected Post, images from your device will appear for selection. Directly above your images, press the select multiple icon next to the camera icon.
You can select up to 10 images for your carousel. Select Next to continue once you've chosen your images.
You'll be given optional editing and filtering options. Select Next again to continue to the next step.
Add your caption and hashtags.
After the above steps are completed, tap the Share button and you're done!
